Australia was 'founded' by criminals from Britain, which was an extremely strong Roman Catholic society (not to mention a distinct Anglican, Episcopalian and Presbyterian presence)

Or you don't think anybody KNOWS god exists. Go up to any strong member of the church and ask if they KNOW that god exists, many if not most of them will tell you that he does, without a doubt. Is it blind faith? Maybe. Some people believe that they have been touched by the hand of god. Neither you, nor I could say that they weren't
