: I'm pretty sure it was proven that our solar system was created by matter flung away from our sun, as part of the explosion of matter from the big bang. Let me see if I can find some references on that...
Okay, lets assume for a moment that the world WAS created by matter flung from the sun as part of a giant explosion...NOW who is to say that 'god' didn't create that explosion? If they find proof (and there is very little hard evidence of anything that far back in time - only theories) of what caused the explosion, who is to argue that 'god' didn't create that source? Scientific theory may be accurate, but also does nothing to disprove god.
: Okay, let me put it a different way: animals and mankind did not just suddenly appear in a fully developed state on the planet. There's simply too much evidence to try and dispute evolution at this point.
What came first, the chicken or the egg? If you want to think logically, perhaps Adam and Eve were the first two beings to be born evolved to the point where they were considered human? I know this is far-fetched but my point is you can't disprove this stuff so easily, and like I said, science is pretty flakey when it comes to talking about many centuries ago...
I remember hearing something about some scientists proving that they had found Noahs arc...
